We offer short term rentals of laptops and projectors as well as in store usage by the hour. Our laptops are equipped with Windows XP, MS Office 2003 - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publsher, and Visio.
Hard Drives are scrubbed and re-masked after each rental to avoid viral contamination so when you set up for your presentation you will have a clean computer.
Requirements for laptop and projector useage outside of Eagle Business Center
A valid Drivers License with photo ID
A valid credit card. Amex, Visa, Master Card, Discover accepted. Or, cash value of the device paid in advance. Your credit card will be charged the full value of the device(s) at lease and refunded when returned.
A signed rental agreement contract stipulating duration of rental term and your waiver of rights to a credit card charge-back in the event that the laptop is not returned or is returned damaged.
